Class: CMenuItem

Description: A MenuItem is the part of the Menu selected by the user. When a MenuItem is selected, a message corresponding to the MenuItem is sent to and processed by it associated parent window. A MenuItem can either be a graphic menu item, a disabled (grayed-out) menu item, or a regular menu item.
